The workshop includes a total of 40 hours of theory and practice developing the following points:

• PMBOK Framework: Nine Knowledge Areas of Project Management.
• Framework: Other Sources.
• Professional Responsibility.
• Questionnaires and mock test.
• Simulation of the real management of a current Project.
• Exercises and memory techniques.
• PMI Certification Process.
• Mentoring for passing the exam.

Methodology

The workshop includes theoretical-practical sessions in which the trainer develops each topic through the use of slides and classroom materials. During the course we develop the theoretical and practical content of PMBOK, assessing in the first session the initial knowledge of the participant and in the last session the knowledge acquired during the workshop.

Certification

Participants will receive a certificate on behalf of Project Management & Business Consulting Canada.

Include

Participants will receive the original PMBOK 4th Edition and free access to a web software simulator for PMI certifications for a period of three months.
