The program is exclusively for entrepreneurs, directors, managers and heads of small and medium companies, also professionals and nonprofessionals interested in starting new business in these area.

Methodology

The course is entirely practical 90% dynamics group, and 10% theory. This is prepared exclusively for small and medium entrepreneurs. During the course we will simulate the creation of a new business and its project portfolio and will execute and control it making your business more
competitive in the market.

Certification

Participants will be presented with a certificate on behalf of Project Management & Business Consulting Canada.
